This photo shows us a house where the presence of moisture could be observed. In this case, the rendering applied to the exterior walls of the house obstructed the drains at the base of the windows and the water that accumulated at the base of the windows drained inside the plaster. A thermographic inspection allowed us to identify potential locations where moisture was present. In this case, the humidity began to rot the structure of the house and corrective work had to be undertaken.
