Optris developed a tool to do line scan of moving or rolling pieces with any Optris Infrared camera.
The line scan process is used, for endless pieces or measurement through limited access. The data could be visualized by the operator in real time and/or the analogic outputs could be sent to control process. The data could be also store for a quality control.
This process could be used for extrusion of steel, glass, plastic, thin plastic film, etc.
